What training do I need to attend?
- Implementing Collaborative Care (“Base Training”) is required for all team members participating in CoCM. This training provides the foundational knowledge and skills for implementing the model.
- Implementing Collaborative Care with Perinatal Patients, Adolescent and Pediatric Patients, and Treating Substance Use in Collaborative Care Settings is an extension of Implementing Collaborative Care ("Base Training") and will cover information necessary to implement CoCM with the identified population. The base training must be completed PRIOR to completing additional training.
