The 2026 Scorecard distribution will occur in the January 2028 PGIP check to allow time for outcomes evaluation. The focus of the 2026 scorecard is outcomes.
The Scorecard is used to reward those POs participating in BCBSM's Provider Delivered Care Management. POs who have not demonstrated engagement and active participation will not be eligible to be rewarded.
