Successful completion of webinars includes:

  • Join individually, using your own device
  • Attendance the entire webinar 
  • Ability to hear audio and see live slides
  • Full name displayed (for attendance documentation)

Post-Event Requirements

  • Complete the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) webinar evaluation. 
  • You will have (5) business days to complete the evaluation.

Trainings

Successful completion of training includes:

  • Attend the entire training course, in-person or live virtual Attendance criteria: 
    • If the Learner misses > 30 minutes; the Learner will not be counted as “attended” and will need to retake the course. 
    • If the Learner misses < 30 minutes; the Learner will be counted as “attended”. The Learner will need to review the missed course content located here: https://micmtcares.org/training 
    • If course is virtual – must attend by audio and video/internet,

Post-Event Requirements

  • Complete the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) course post-test and evaluation. 
    • Achieve a passing score on the post-test of 80% or greater. If needed, you may retake the post-test
    • You will have (5) business days to complete the evaluation and post-test.
