Patient Engagement (Archived) 1425

Cure-Michigan has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the MICMT Patient Engagement course training. Participants must have completed the Introduction to Team-Based Care (formerly Complex Care Management) training prior to this course.

Note: This training takes place across 2 days. You must attend both days to receive credit.

• Day 1: Monday, March 14 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Day 2: Monday, March 21 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
