Our Annual Training is designed to provide important updates to our primary care practices regarding insurance carriers’ care management (CM) program updates (PDCM, Priority Health, HAP, Blue Cross Complete, CCM), review our PO Expectations and how they align with the MICMT Scorecard and how to best kick-off CM efforts for 2024. We will also spend some time reviewing our new population health registry including how to identify CM eligible patients, track incentive program progress and close gaps in care. We will then focus on billing code application, with a review of the most used applications amongst our teams, as well as explore additional ways to optimize billing strategies with codes that have not been taken advantage of by many of our practices. This event is open to Olympia Medical, LLC primary care participating care management practices ONLY, where Advanced Practice Practitioners (NP, PA), RNs, Care Managers, Medical Assistants & Lead Physicians are welcome.
