There will be some new CMs at this meeting. This will be a good meeting for new CMs as we will be reviewing changes to CM programs and billings for 2026. In addition, we will review results of a needs survey that was distributed in early January (still waiting on some more results). Hoping to cover a few things that came up in the survey (Munson CRISIS/ FAST--- Help with medications specifically inhalers—NPO has a medication. Inhaler guide/ video that goes with our post DC scripts so we will also review this). We will make sure Care managers know how to utilize their resources (MICMT, MICCSI, NPO)- Briefly review G9007 documentation (request) and Change Talk (MI)--- Majority will be spent on building caseload ideas as majority of CMs who have completed the survey so far express having time to take more on. Hoping to have some conversation going around building caseloads to build off of/ follow up on in other CM meetings for 2026. Already considering certain roundtable discussions etc.
