NPO has been talking to practice's and Care Managers individually about finishing the year strong. This meeting will provide some overview of end of year process we have been talking about-- Further this meeting will help increase MI skills when dealing with more than just the patient. How do you use MI skills in the pediatric setting when the caregiver is also present. These skills are also beneficial in the adult setting when Caregivers or other forms of support are present. In addition we will do a basic overview of skills to help close the year strong and begin preparing for next. NPO has had a few new Care Managers go through MICCSSI PDCM trainings over the past few months and therefore this should be beneficial for them. From there we will brainstorm what to include in a Care Manager needs assessment which is expected to go out before the Christmas holiday to help better prepare for NPO Care Manager meetings in 2026.
