MI Practice Session

The learners will get to practice OARS skills with a focus of listening for change talk (DARN). On top of practicing these skills, the groups use real life examples and can notice in themselves how MI can be a powerful tool in helping to motivate towards decisions making. These sessions are also great for the adult learner as we talk about what works and doesn't work. The Care Managers may also share situations that may be struggling with and as a group we offer input and how MI may assist!
