Introduction to Team-Based Care (Archived) 1024

Cure Michigan has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the MICMT Introduction to Team-Based Care course training.

This virtual event will take place over two days:

Session 1: Monday, March 22 – 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Session 2: Tuesday, March 23 – 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Attendance at both sessions is required to receive credit. 

Cost for training: $450 per person
