Introduction to Team-Based Care (Archived) 976

Practice Transformation Institute (PTI) has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the MICMT Introduction to Team-Based Care course training. This course is required to bill care management/care coordination codes. 

This event will take place across two days (you must attend both days for credit):

February 16, 2021 – 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

February 17, 2021 – 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
