Introduction to Team-Based Care (Archived) 894

Integrated Health Partners (IHP) has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the MICMT Introduction to Team-Based Care course training. This course is required to bill care management/care coordination codes. 

This program has been granted prior approval by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) for 7 continuing education unit(s).  Granting approval in no way constitutes endorsement by the AAMA of the Program content or the program’s sponsor.

Cost: $300 for non-members of IHP
