The Physician Alliance, LLC has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the MICMT Introduction to Team-Based Care course training. This course is required to bill care management/care coordination codes.
This course will take place over two days; attendance is required on both days for credit:
- Wednesday, January 25: 8 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Thursday, January 26: 8 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
The Introduction to Team-Based Care course helps the learner better understand how to work in a multidisciplinary care team and in collaboration with the patient. Open to all members of the practice to gain foundational knowledge in Team-Based Care. Introduction to Team-Based Care will include:
- Why, What, Who and How: Team-Based Care
- Care Management Process
- Outcomes and Triple AIM
- Billing Applications
Training Cost:
This training is FREE for The Physician Alliance (TPA) PGIP practices.
