Introduction to Team-Based Care (Archived) 1659

The Physician Alliance, LLC (TPA) has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the MICMT Introduction to Team-Based Care course training. This course is required for practices billing care management/care coordination codes. 

This practice is open to TPA PGIP PCP practices participating in PDCM.

This course will take place over two days; attendance is required on both days for credit:

• Thursday, August 25:  8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• Friday, August 26:  8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Cost of Training:

This training is free to TPA PGIP PCP practices.
