Cure Michigan has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the MICMT Introduction to Team-Based Care course training. This course is required to bill care management/care coordination codes.

Note: This training takes place across 2 days. You must attend both days to receive credit.

• Day 1: Wednesday, May 18 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Day 2: Wednesday, May 25 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
