Introduction to Team-Based Care (Archived) 1333

Bronson Network LLC has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the MICMT Introduction to Team-Based Care course training. This course is required to bill care management/care coordination codes. 

Please note that this training takes place across 2 days. Attendance on both days is required for credit:

• Day 1: Monday, December 13, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Day 2: Tuesday, December 14, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
