Introduction to Team-Based Care (Archived) 1254

Novello Physicians Organization has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the MICMT Introduction to Team-Based Care course training. This course is required to bill care management/care coordination codes. 

Please note: This training will take place across two days. Attendance is required on both days in order to receive credit.

• Day 1: Tuesday, October 19, 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
• Day 2: Wednesday, October 20, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
