Foundational CM Codes & Billing Opportunities (Archived) 1661

The Physician Alliance, LLC has been approved by the Michigan Institute for Care Management and Transformation (MICMT) to provide the Foundational CM Codes & Billing Opportunities course training. It is recommended that Introduction to Team-Based Care be taken prior to this course.

This training is open to all TPA PGIP PCP practices providing PDCM.
