Ethics in Healthcare: A Defaults Framework for Care Managers

Participants will learn to identify and name the implicit ethical defaults operating in their care management practice, apply a structured framework to decisions about transitions of care, resource allocation, and goal disagreement, and use override documentation to make their reasoning transparent and consistent.
