Transforming Diabetes Care: The Role of Continuous Glucose Monitoring in Primary Practice
Diabetes technology, including continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), has the potential to improve health for patients living with diabetes. This presentation will provide an introductory overview of CGM and will familiarize clinicians with the technical and clinical characteristics of these devices to improve diabetes care.
