Collaborative Care Model: Perinatal Training 2023

UPDATE AS OF 7/12: Part Two of the Perinatal CoCM Training, originally scheduled for July 25, will no longer be presented in a live session and will instead be available on demand. CEs and CMEs will still be available for the live Part One training day, however, they will not be available for the Part Two on-demand training. 

THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE MANAGERS (BHCMs) AND OTHER PRACTICE STAFF

The Perinatal in the Collaborative Care Model 2023 training is designed for practices that have completed the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) Base Training and have completed the Perinatal Practice Assessment with a determination that the practice is ready for implementation. The training is intended to help the treating provider, psychiatric consultants, behavioral health care manager, and other practice team members gain the foundational knowledge and skills for implementing CoCM with the perinatal population.  After completing this activity, participants will be able to translate key processes within their practice setting and integrate CoCM into perinatal patient visits.

Training Dates:

• July 20th (8:00 am - 11:20 am) 
• July 25th (8:00 am - 12:00 pm)  

Please note: Training is only for those individuals planning to actively participate in the BCBSM CoCM Program.
