The Perinatal in the Collaborative Care Model 2023 training is designed for practices that have completed the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) Base Training and have completed the Perinatal Practice Assessment with a determination that the practice is ready for implementation. The training is intended to help the treating provider, psychiatric consultants, behavioral health care manager, and other practice team members gain the foundational knowledge and skills for implementing CoCM with the perinatal population. After completing this activity, participants will be able to implement the Behavioral Health Collaborative Care Model, incorporate workflows and other operational techniques unique to Collaborative Care within their practice to address the behavioral health needs of the perinatal population with fidelity to the Collaborative Care Model.
Training Time: 8:00 am -12:20 pm
- 8:00 am - 11:20 am: Required training time for Treating Providers
- 9:30 am - 12:20 pm: Required training time for Psychiatric Consultants
Target Audience: Treating providers and psychiatric consultants participating in CoCM and members of the treating provider team.
