Collaborative Care Model (CoCM): Adolescent Training is built upon the content provided in the foundational training, CoCM: Base. This training is intended to help the primary care physicians, psychiatric consultant physicians, behavioral health care managers, and other primary care practice team members gain the foundational knowledge and skills for implementing CoCM with the adolescent population. After completing this activity, participants will be able to apply CoCM with the adolescent population, focusing on patient caseload, suicide assessment, and treatment of depression and anxiety.
Target Audience: PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS AND PSYCHIATRIC CONSULTANT PHYSICIANS participating in CoCM and members of the primary care practice team.
