(Canceled) Some F.Y.I. on I.C.I.'s: An Overview of Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors (Enhancing Team-Based Care 1/25-2/25)

February 27, 2025 12:00pm - February 27, 2025 1:00pm
Live Virtual

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO NOVEMBER 8TH DUE TO TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. PLEASE FOLLOW THIS LINK TO REGISTER.

Please submit a ticket if you have any additional questions.

We will begin by discussing why this topic is important (i.e. immunotherapy is used in almost every solid tumor and is resulting in patients with cancer living longer in a more chronic care setting). We will review the mechanism of immunotherapy and how it works on cancer cells. We will then discuss the side effects associated with immunotherapy and general treatment strategies.

Presenter(s):

Samuel Snowaert, PharmD, BCOP, MBA
Covenant Cancer Care Center
