The lookup at the bottom of the page can be used to confirm that a person’s email is in the MICMT database. You should use this if you have concerns regarding whether or not someone on your team and/or someone you are going to be training has an MICMT account. It will require you to know the person’s email address.
Please use the form below to confirm that the learner's email address is in MICMT's database.
- Please focus on the user's email address to ensure their account is connected to your training course. Please do not search by the user's name. The user's name will appear if the email address typed is in the database. This is shown in the example below:

- If you suspect that a user is in the database under a different email address, please contact the learner to confirm the following:
- Their organization has changed their email address (mergers/acquisitions).
- They have used a personal email address (or address different that the one provided to you).
- They have changed jobs/switched organizations (they signed up using this email address, but since they no longer have access or forgot about it, they do not provide this information).
- Their last name has changed, which changed their email address.
Please be mindful of spaces before and after the email address when typing or using the copy/paste function. The results are based on the characters (including spaces) typed within the field.
