2026 MICMT Annual Meeting

MICMT looks forward to welcoming you to our 2026 Annual Meeting. 

PLEASE NOTE: This year's meeting will now be virtual.  Each PO will need at least 1 PO leadership representative involved with team-based care to join virtually to get credit for attendance for the 2026 scorecard.   This year's meeting will feature professional development, and program updates.  The target audience for this meeting is PO Leadership.
